St Gallen has been on my travel wishlist ever since I wrote my dissertation ( a hundred years ago) based on a document kept in the monastery there. Your photos have just bumped it up the list!

St Gallen’s a lovely city in a great area for visitors. You might enjoy the Abbey Library at the cathedral in the city centre. If you do make it over sometime, give me a shout!
